Sky House represents the minority of premium building projects started up in 2009, the period of hard times for construction and urban development. Consequently it’s valued highly by Velko-2000 as the company has managed to award a contract for realization so large-scale project of peculiar external design throughout a considerable slackness in the sphere of construction. The envelope of four project buildings is featured by unique colour solutions of façade elements and diverse range of materials applied.
