Nevskaya Ratusha administrative and public center with underground parking, Saint-Petersburg, Russia with the total area of 100 736 sq m

• The installation of unitized façade with natural stone on 3-8 floors of Administrative building: completed in full on the facades facing Degtyarny pereulok, Moiseenko St, and on the main façade, 90% completed on the façade facing Novgorodskaya St; the natural stone semi columns have been installed on two building fronts (facing Degtyarny pereulok and Moiseenko St), 60% of semi columns have been installed on the Main façade;
• Glass installation on 1-2 floors has been completed on the Main façade and is going to be finished on the façade facing Moiseenko St;
• Structural glazing of Administrative bldg courtyards has been sealed with silicone in full scope in axes A-B, under completion on the other areas;
• On the Dome the installation of glass units is currently running;
• Have been commenced the preliminary works for installation of aluminium framing on the Atrium interior curtain wall system;
• On all 4 facades of Business Center-2 the installation of ventilated façade with natural stone is going ahead; mounting of stone cornices has been completed in overall; the installation of louvers is going on the roof tech floor;
• On Business Center-3 the installation of ventilated façade with natural stone and double skin glazing on 3-10 floors and columns of the Gallery has been completed. As of today installation of natural stone elements of the Gallery is under completion; installation of entrances and door systems is under start up.

Multifunctional residential area with Trud stadium restore on Mytnaya Str, Moscow with the total area of 61 000 sq m

• On the balcony area of bldg 1 installation of ventilated façade and metal railings and is currently running;
• Curtain wall abutments and openings are under installation on blds 3,4;
• On bldg 6 mullion-transom façade of basement floor in axes А2-А15, 6-4 is under installation; mounting of BMU rail tracks and parapet coping is going ahead.

Eurasia Tower, plot 12 Moscow-City MIBC, Moscow, with the total area of 74 000 sq m

• The installation of unitized transparent façade is going ahead on the “tooth” area, projecting area of the tower, left side façade elements have been installed up to 42 floor, while the right ones have reached 68 floor;
• Installation of unitized façade is under start-up on outrigger floors;
• Steel columns have been installed in full on 71-74 floors and on the 1st floor of the top part;
• On the 1st floor of the top the glass is currently being inserted;
• Glazing of the Gallery has been completed;
• On the Podium area skylight and storefront have been glazed.
