Building 1
- Thermal closure has been performed on 5-13 floor area (thermal insulation and waterproofing, glazing and window openings installation has been completed);
- On the first floor all the glass and openings have been mounted. Building 2
- Installation of mullion-transom framing is currently in progress on the court-yards of the building;
- Glazing of the façade 2-3 has been commenced.

Administrative building
- Glazing of TV-bubble and central scenic lift in the Atrium is in progress;
- On the façade facing Novgorodskaya Str. installation of semi-column elements is under completion. Video commentary about the project performed by GTRK "Saint-Petersburg" (www.rtr.spb.ru)
- Wall brackets and support guiding profiles are being installed on A-J and 1-18 facades.
- On the Casino area the top ellipse is being coated with finishing panels and installation of metal interfaces on the main ellipse is in progress;
- On the Podium the basement skirting natural stone cladding and substructure for overhead canopy are under installation;
- Installation of rain screen façade with natural stone is being completed on Stepped glazing area;
- On the mezzanine of 51st floor mounting of brackets is going ahead.
