Nevskaya Ratusha administrative and public center with underground parking, Saint-Petersburg, Russia with the total area of 100 736 sq m

• The installation of unitized façade with natural stone on 3-8 floors of Administrative building: completed in full on the facades facing Degtyarny pereulok, Moiseenko St and Novgorodskaya St, 90% completed on the main façade;
• Glass installation on 1-2 floors has been completed on the Main façade and on the façade facing Moiseenko St; 85% of glazing has been completed on Novgorodskaya front; along Degtyarny pereulok th eworks have been started;
• Structural glazing of Administrative bldg courtyards has been sealed with silicone in full scope in axes A-B, under completion on the other areas;
• On the Dome the installation of glass units is under completetion, more than 80% of glasses have been mounted;
• The installation of aluminium framing on the Atrium interior curtain wall system has been commenced;
• On all 4 facades of Business Center-2 the installation of ventilated façade with natural stone has been 85% performed; the installation of louvers is running on the roof tech floor;
• On Business Center-3 the fixing of natural stone underneath cladding on the Gallery has been completed; the entrances and door systems have been installed in full scope.

Multifunctional residential area with Trud stadium restore on Mytnaya Str, Moscow with the total area of 61 000 sq m

• On the balcony area of bldg 1 installation of ventilated façade is currently running; all metal railings have been mounted;
• Installation of the missing ferroconcrete composite panels has been commenced on bldgs 1,2;
• Curtain wall abutments are under installation on blds 3,4, operable windows are currently being mounted othe bldgs 1,2,4;
• On bldg 6 the mullion-transom aluminium framework of basement floor in axes А2-А15, 6-4 has been performed; installation of BMU rail tracks and parapet coping is going ahead.

Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy_Phase 2.

• From 7th till 12th October 2013 the negotiations on the façade works for ADA-2 were taken place in Washington, USA. The meetings were held in the HQ of KLEINROCK STUDIO ARCHITECTURE with participating of NOA ARCHITECTS, whereon have been discussed design issues and elaborated efficient technical solutions to be applied on two new buildings - SCHOOL OF HUMANITIES AND SCIENCE и SCHOOL OF EDUCATION AND LANGUAGUES. The negotiations have been run in effective way, there have been defined further steps to proceed as well as preferable exterior materials – Schueco aluminium systems and natural stone cladding produced by Taltos Srl.

Participation in APEC Training Workshop for Window Thermal Performance.

• From 22nd to 25th October 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand VELKO representatives were taking part in the workshop for window thermal performance to study a special-purposed THERM software aimed to calculate thermal values of the building envelope. The workshop has been arranged and successfully run thanks to the support of leading technical academy in Thailand, King Mongkut's University of Technology, as a part of APEC summit 2013.
